Adam holds a Master's degree in Athletic Administration & Sport Management from Gonzaga University and a Bachelor's degree in Sports Management from the University of Utah. Throughout their career, Adam has worked with various sports organizations such as the University of Utah Athletics, Gonzaga University Athletic Department, Real Salt Lake, and the Utah Jazz.
