Jeff Mann is the Founder and Chair of the Glenwild Conservatory of Music and Exhibition since June 2015 and serves as Program Manager for Academic Affairs in the Department of Anesthesiology at the University of Utah since September 1983, overseeing faculty appointments and the retention, promotion, and tenure process. Additionally, Jeff holds the position of President of the Western United States Pipe Band Association since October 2012, as well as Chairman of the Alliance of North American Pipe Band Associations since January 2000, where responsibilities include policy development and strategic planning for ten associations. Past roles include Co-Chair and Board member for the Las Vegas International Celtic Festival and service on the Board of Directors for the Wasatch and District Pipe Band. Educational credentials include a long tenure at the University of Utah School of Medicine and an Associate of Arts degree from Weber State University.
