Tim Brusseau is a distinguished academic professional with extensive experience in the field of kinesiology and physical education. Currently serving as Professor and Chair of Health & Kinesiology at the University of Utah since June 2012, Tim oversees a substantial department that includes 1,200 students and 35 full-time faculty members. Prior to this role, Tim was a Professor at SUNY Brockport, where responsibilities included directing graduate studies in the kinesiology department from July 2008 to June 2012. Tim also served as an Instructor at Arizona State University from August 2005 to July 2008, teaching in both undergraduate and graduate physical education programs. Earlier, Tim held the position of Director of Physical Education Teacher Education and Head Softball Coach at MacMurray College, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing the PETE program and managing an NCAA softball program. Tim's educational credentials include a Ph.D. in Physical Education Pedagogy from Arizona State University, an M.S. in Exercise and Sport Science from Ithaca College, and a Bachelor's Degree in Health and Physical Education K-12 from Ithaca College.
