Cara Hancy is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in aquatic programming and community wellness. Currently serving as the Employee Wellness Manager at the University of Vermont since October 2021, Cara has also held roles such as Treasurer and former President of the Vermont Swim Association Board, where vital initiatives were implemented, including safety protocols during the Covid-19 pandemic and establishing the organization's 501c3 status. As Lead Swimming Coach and Administrator for the Central Vermont Swim Club since 2014, Cara focuses on swimmer development while managing team operations.
