Neil Holman is an experienced information technology professional currently providing technical support for staff at the University of Vermont Libraries since July 2023. Prior to this role, Neil worked as a freelance user experience researcher, contributing to significant UX reports for clients with revenues ranging from $4.2 to $36 billion while collaborating with a leading conversion rate optimization agency. Neil also held positions as a user design fellow at General Assembly, where a mobile website for volunteers was developed for City Meals on Wheels, and as a user experience designer for Hydrovia, focusing on website redesigns and user feedback analysis. Prior experience includes serving as a teaching assistant at Myers Park Traditional School, head counselor at Camp Mondamin, and a sales agent at Red Ventures. Academic qualifications include a degree in Community Development and Applied Economics from the University of Vermont and UX/UI Design from General Assembly.
