Peter Koerella

Peter Koerella is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in strategic communication, public relations, and marketing. Currently serving as the Strategic Communications Manager at the University of Vermont since March 2022, Peter previously held positions such as Public Information Officer for the Township of Parsippany-Troy Hills and Freelance Copywriter for 180 Marketing. Peter's background includes significant roles with the State of Oregon, where contributions included leading recruitment efforts and implementing data management procedures for social services. Additional experience encompasses directing marketing campaigns, enhancing online presence, and managing communications for various organizations, including Pacific Domes International and the Rogue Valley Symphony. Peter holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication - Journalism and a certification in Interactive Marketing & eCommerce from Southern Oregon University.
