Taylor Ricketts

Taylor Ricketts is an accomplished environmental scientist with extensive academic and professional experience. Currently, Ricketts serves as the Director of the Gund Institute for Environment and holds the position of Gund Professor at the Rubenstein School for Environment and Natural Resources at the University of Vermont since August 2011. Prior to this role, Ricketts was the Managing Director of Conservation Science at the World Wildlife Fund from October 2002 to June 2011 and worked as a Postdoctoral Researcher at Stanford University from July 2000 to September 2002. Ricketts earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Biology from Stanford University between 1996 and 2000 and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Earth Sciences/Environmental Studies from Dartmouth College from 1987 to 1991.
