Rishi Behari

Rishi Behari is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in coaching, education, and business consulting. Currently, Rishi serves as the Co-Founder of Life By Design Lab, where an innovative coaching platform assists individuals in clarifying their strengths and values. As the Associate Director of Business Co-op & Career Services at the University of Victoria, Rishi oversees work-integrated learning programs for students. Rishi's background includes roles as a CEO and Founder of Flowstate Coaching & Consulting, and Associate Trainer at Third Factor, focusing on performance and leadership development. Previous positions also include a Lead Instructor at Smith School of Business, where Rishi contributed to equity, diversity, and inclusion initiatives. Rishi's academic credentials include an MBA from Smith School of Business and IE Business School, as well as a BA in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Saskatchewan.
