Courtney J. Valladares

Courtney J. Valladares, SHRM-CP, is an accomplished Human Resources Manager at the University of Virginia Foundation since November 2022, and has been a Communication Studies Adjunct Instructor at PVCC Workforce Services since September 2014. Previously, Courtney served as a Human Resources Business Partner and Director of Learning and Employee Development at acac Fitness & Wellness Center from July 2015 to November 2022. Courtney's teaching experience includes roles at Baker College, Evergreen Valley College, and multiple positions at California State University, where responsibilities included adapting literature into stage performances. Educational qualifications consist of a Master’s degree in Communication Studies and a Bachelor’s degree from California State University, Northridge, as well as an Associate’s degree from Moorpark College.
