Justin Mallory

Justin Mallory is a seasoned professional in real estate asset management, currently serving as a Real Estate Asset Manager at the University of Virginia Foundation since April 2023. Previously, Justin held the position of Chief of Estimating and Budget Management at Craig Builders from 2013 to April 2023, and worked as an Asset Manager at Real Property, Inc. between 2009 and 2013. Earlier in the career, Justin was a Project Development Manager at Stonehaus, Inc. from 2007 to 2009 and a Team Leader at The Vanguard Group from 2003 to 2006. Justin's educational background includes a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business, Real Estate Finance, Analysis, and Investments from Florida State University - College of Business, attained between 2008 and 2010, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in History from Elon University, completed in 2002.
