Christie Buyer

Christie Buyer currently serves as the Director of Employee Support, Success, and Engagement at the University of Virginia, a position held since October 2024. Prior experience includes roles as Internal Operations Manager at Creighton University and PGIP Administrative Services Intern at the NCAA. Christie has a background in athletic coaching, having worked as a Field Hockey Graduate Assistant at East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania, where coaching responsibilities focused on the division 2 field hockey team, and as a Field Hockey Coach at Stick Power Field Hockey, L.L.C.
