Jennifer Harmon

Jennifer Harmon, PHR, SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in human resources, primarily at the University of Virginia since 2004. Currently serving as a Senior Employee Relations Consultant and Team Lead, Jennifer has held various positions including Employee Relations Consultant, HR Business Partner, and Director of Library Human Resources. Prior to these roles, Jennifer worked as an Office Manager and Executive Assistant to the University Librarian, as well as a Development Assistant within the University of Virginia Library. Earlier career experience includes serving as a Human Resources Specialist for the County of Albemarle. Jennifer holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Business Management from PVCC Workforce Services.
