Peter Kaye

Peter Kaye is a seasoned business leader with extensive experience in various operational and advisory roles. As the Founder and Principal of PK Growth Partners since June 2019, Peter specializes in interim and fractional leadership. Currently, Peter is also a Lecturer at the University of Virginia, where a new Business Essentials class in Marketing is being designed and taught within the McIntire School of Commerce. Additionally, Peter serves as an advisor to several startups, including those in the food and beverage sector, and holds advisory board positions with companies such as Halfday Iced Tea and Merryfield, PBC. Previously, Peter was the Chief Revenue Officer and Advisor for Hungry Harvest and held significant leadership roles at Share Our Strength. Peter earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and a B.S. from the University of Virginia.
