Rebecca Gristina Cebs

Rebecca Gristina CEBS SHRM-SCP is a seasoned benefits professional with extensive experience in designing and implementing employee benefits programs. Currently serving as Benefits Director at the University of Virginia since February 2018, Rebecca focuses on attracting, engaging, and retaining a diverse workforce. Prior roles include Senior Benefits Specialist at the University of Virginia Physicians Group and Compliance Specialist at ING North America Insurance Division, where Rebecca contributed significantly to compliance initiatives. Earlier experience includes positions as Regional Vice President for Retirement Plans at ING North America Insurance Division and Scudder Kemper Investments Inc. Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Western Michigan University and a degree in Leadership in Human Resources from the University of Virginia School of Continuing and Professional Studies.
