Anne-Marie Headley

Anne-Marie Headley currently serves as Chief People Officer at M-KOPA since July 2024. Headley has been an Independent Member of the Council Remuneration Committee at the University of Warwick since August 2021 and previously founded Workforce Buddy, where strategic people decisions for scaling companies were emphasized from January 2020 to June 2024. As Global Chief People Officer at Salary Finance from January 2020 to May 2023, Headley focused on employee financial wellness. Additionally, Headley has provided advisory support to Natter and served on the Advisory Board at Google. Previous roles include Head of Regional HR for Uber across Northern & Eastern Europe, and Senior HR Consultant and Executive Coach at Cisco. Headley holds a PGDip in Human Resource Management from London Metropolitan University and a BA (Hons) in Psychology and Business Studies from The Manchester Metropolitan University.
