Pamela Withers

Pamela Withers is currently the Head of Food & Beverage Operations at the University of Warwick, a position held since January 2024. Previously, Pamela served as the Head of Operational Delivery for Food & Beverage at the National Trust from March 2011 to January 2024, where responsibilities included leading teams to enhance operational delivery and drive sustainable improvements. Other roles at the National Trust encompassed Deputy Head of Internal Audit, Project Lead for the Tills Replacement Programme, and Internal Audit Manager, where Pamela cultivated a strong operational understanding and excellent negotiation skills. Earlier experience includes a managerial position at PricewaterhouseCoopers from November 2004 to March 2011, overseeing client portfolios and managing staff performance. Pamela holds an ACA in Accounting from ICAEW and a BA in Business Studies (Hons) from Bournemouth University.
