Sally Smith has a diverse work experience in the field of international strategy and student recruitment. Sally is currently the Director of International Strategy & Relations at the University of Warwick, a position they have held since January 2021. Prior to this role, from February 2016 to January 2021, they served as the Assistant Director of Student Recruitment Outreach & Admissions, as well as the Head of Student Recruitment at the same university.
Before joining the University of Warwick, Sally was the Director of College Services at Navitas from March 2015 to January 2016. From April 2012 to February 2015, they worked as the Head of International Strategy at UCAS.
Sally has also held positions at the University of Gloucestershire and the University of Birmingham. From March 2008 to April 2012, they were the Head of International Student Recruitment at the University of Gloucestershire. From February 2005 to March 2008, they served as the Regional Manager of International Relations at the University of Birmingham.
Sally's career in the field of international education began at Aston University, where they worked as an International Officer in the International Office from January 2002 to February 2005.
Sally Smith obtained a Bachelor's degree in English Literature from the University of Sunderland from 1995 to 1998. Later, from 2010 to 2013, they pursued a Master's degree in the Management of International Higher Education from Edge Hill University.
