Katherine Cardinal

Katherine Cardinal is the Associate Vice President for Development at UW Medicine, where leadership of fundraising teams supports the mission to enhance public health through philanthropic initiatives for research institutes and departments. With a history of significant roles in development, Katherine was previously the Senior Director for Philanthropy at the UW Medicine Institute for Protein Design, and served as Director of Development at Pacific Northwest Ballet and Pilchuck Glass School. Katherine's early career includes positions at Pacific Northwest Ballet as Associate Director of Development and at San Francisco Symphony as Major Gifts Coordinator. Educational credentials include an MBA in Marketing from UW Foster School of Business and a BA in Art History from Middlebury College.
