Lori Joubert

Lori Joubert, MA, CLP, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in administration and program coordination within the healthcare and educational sectors. Currently serving as a Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging Council Member for the Department of Medicine at the University of Washington since April 2022, Lori has held various roles at UW Medicine since 2008, including Program Coordinator for the Cardiology Division and Assistant to the Chief Health System Officer. Past experience includes a tenure as Director of Operations at the ILA International Listening Association, and significant administrative positions at Airlift Northwest and Chase. Lori holds a Master of Arts in Interpersonal and Organizational Communication, a Project Management Certificate, and a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication from the University of Washington, along with an Associate of Arts degree from Seattle Central College.
