Mark Formaneck

Mark Formaneck is an experienced technical lead at UW Medicine, specializing in Epic Patient Access Applications since October 2011. Responsibilities include supporting various Epic applications, leading production support, managing patient index conversions, and developing patient matching logic. Previous roles include software developer at Enclipse and technical services at Epic, where Mark focused on programming, issue investigation, and project management. Mark also has an extensive academic background with a Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a B.A. in Chemistry from the University of Minnesota Morris. Teaching experience includes instructing graduate and undergraduate chemistry courses while at the university.
