Matthew Pina - Cissp

Matthew Pina, a certified information systems security professional (CISSP) and certified ethical hacker (CEH), has extensive experience in IT security, risk management, and governance. Matthew currently serves as the Manager of Cyber Resilience and GRC at UW Medicine, following a role as IT Security and Risk and Vulnerability Management Specialist at the University of Washington. Matthew previously held significant positions in public service as Mayor and Councilmember of Des Moines, WA, while also contributing as a Senior IT Security Consultant at The Walt Disney Company. Early career achievements include leadership roles at Alaska Airlines, focusing on vulnerability management, IT applications development, and system analysis. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Administration and Finance from Central Washington University and a certificate in Data Communications from the University of Washington.
