Brett Clay

Brett Clay, Ph.D., is a highly experienced organizational development and management consultant, currently serving as Part-Time Faculty at the University of Washington, where Brett teaches a self-developed MBA leadership course focused on negotiations. As President and CEO of Change Leadership Group, LLC, Brett specializes in change leadership and business performance improvement, helping companies become agents of change. Brett also hosts "The Actuation Zone," a radio show discussing business trends with thought leaders. An accomplished author, Brett wrote "Selling Change," which won nine awards, and "Forceful Selling," focusing on the psychology of change. Previous experience includes leadership roles at Microsoft, Tharas Systems, Tenison EDA, and CrystalVoice Communications.
