Chelsea Navarro

Chelsea Navarro serves as the Assistant Director at the Office of Undergraduate Research at the University of Washington, where responsibilities include designing and implementing undergraduate research programs, workshops, and events, as well as managing logistics for research-related activities. Previously, Chelsea held the position of Senior Academic Adviser for over 250 undergraduate students in the Paul G. Allen School of Computer Science & Engineering, focusing on first-generation college students and those underrepresented in computing. Earlier experience includes roles as an Academic Adviser at the Foster School of Business and various positions in residence life and student affairs at Cal Poly Pomona and UCLA. Chelsea holds a Master of Education in Student Affairs from UCLA and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from San Diego State University.
