Chendur Jayavelu

Chendur Jayavelu is a dedicated tutor and mentor with extensive experience in education and leadership roles. Currently serving as an IB Precalculus, AP Physics 1, and Geometry Tutor at Cascade Enrichment since February 2024, Chendur also mentors coding skills at Mighty Coders, specializing in Python, Java, and game development applications. Chendur participated in the Buildspace program as a Fellow through cseed in early 2024, fostering innovation and collaboration in personal projects. As the Executive Vice President of the North Creek High School FBLA, Chendur significantly increased membership and facilitated workshops that helped over 50 members qualify for national competitions. Leadership roles in Mu Alpha Theta and the Technology Student Association further highlight Chendur's commitment to academic excellence and skill development, complemented by volunteer tutoring for underprivileged students through the Agaram Foundation. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science at the University of Washington, Chendur continues to prioritize education and mentorship.
