Jesse Knappenberger

Jesse Knappenberger currently serves as the Director of Graduate Enrollment Management at the University of Washington, a position held since April 2024. Previously, Jesse was the Dean of Student Services at Highline College, overseeing various student services and enrollment operations from November 2022 to April 2024. A significant tenure at South Seattle Community College began in November 2013, where Jesse progressed from Dean of Student Achievement & Registrar to Director of Advising & Running Start, contributing to numerous student services and managing substantial budgets. Jesse's earlier roles include Running Start Manager at South Seattle College and Director of Admissions & Student Services at the University of Washington Evans School of Public Affairs. Educationally, Jesse obtained a Master of Education in Access to Higher Education from the University of Washington from 2003 to 2006.
