Khai Tran

Khai Tran is currently serving as a Web Tools Training Manager and Consultant at the University of Washington, where responsibilities include providing technical assistance to instructors and faculty and improving the performance of LMS tools such as Canvas, Zoom, and Panopto. Previously, Khai worked as a Natural Language Processing Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of Washington Medical Center, developing a BERTopic model to enhance grant categorization accuracy for over 100,000 National Cancer Institute research grants. Additionally, Khai gained experience as an AI Intern at Orient Software Development Corp., where a Sales Forecasting web app was built using Machine Learning techniques. Khai is pursuing a dual B.S. in Computer Science and Economics at the University of Washington.
