Leanne Wiles

LeAnne Wiles is an accomplished higher education professional currently serving as the Executive Director of Student Academic Services in Undergraduate Academic Affairs at the University of Washington since November 2009. In this role, LeAnne oversees first-year programming, strategy, curriculum, and engagement while leading initiatives and collaborations campus-wide. Previous positions at the University of Washington include Director of First Year Programs, where responsibilities involved liaising with community organizations and providing programming for 9,200 incoming students annually, and various administrative roles overseeing residence life and new student orientation at Northern Arizona University and Grinnell College. LeAnne holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of Delaware and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Pacific Lutheran University, along with extensive professional development in leadership and project management.
