Nitya Jois

Nitya Jois is a skilled professional with extensive experience in design, research, and user experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a UX Instructional Assistant at the University of Washington since October 2024, Nitya previously held roles such as Research Fellow at Gensler, where quantitative analysis and data methodology were developed using Rstudio, ArcGIS, and Power BI. As a UX Research Lead volunteer at Tech Fleet Professional Association, Nitya led comprehensive research strategies to identify product market fit for a mental wellness and job search application. Nitya's background includes positions such as Associate Design Manager at Parallel, Design Researcher and Innovation Strategist at Ten by Ten, and experience in architectural roles, notably enhancing retail design. Nitya holds a Master of Arts in Design Management from Savannah College of Art and Design and has a Bachelor of Architecture from B. M. S. College of Engineering.
