Debbie Welham

Debbie Welham has extensive experience in interim management and consultancy, particularly focused on international CRM implementations, currently serving in a leadership role at DW Research Ltd since October 2004. In addition to their consultancy work, Debbie is a Visiting Research Fellow at the University of Winchester, where research centers on the literary and political biography of Penelope Aubin and related archival materials. Previous roles include Associate Director of CRM & Commercial Data at Alnylam Pharmaceuticals and Customer Success Manager at Veeva Systems, as well as various positions within the pharmaceutical sector, such as Interim Head of Customer Knowledge & Analytics at Novartis and Customer Information Manager at AstraZeneca. Debbie holds a PhD in Eighteenth-Century Literature and an undergraduate degree in English from the University of Winchester.
