Sarah Harder-Collins

Sarah Harder-Collins is an experienced professional in student support and success in higher education, currently serving as the Governor (Safeguarding Lead) at South Hampshire College Group and as Deputy Director of Student Support and Success at the University of Winchester since October 2016. With a strong focus on Widening Participation, Sarah has held various leadership positions, including Director of Widening Participation and National Collaborative Outreach Network Manager at the National Network for the Education of Care Leavers. Sarah’s background includes roles in project management, education, and outreach coordination, along with a solid academic foundation, holding a Master of Arts in Student Engagement in Higher Education and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology.
