Erika Kustra

Erika Kustra has extensive experience in academia and educational development, currently serving as the Associate Vice President, Academic and Associate Professor in Psychology at the University of Windsor since August 2008. Erika has held various leadership roles, including Acting Associate Vice President Academic and Director of the Centre for Teaching and Learning, where the focus is on fostering a scholarly culture of teaching that enhances student learning. Additionally, Erika served as Chair and Past Chair of the Educational Developers Caucus within the Society for Teaching and Learning in Higher Education from June 2016 to June 2021, advocating for faculty development and advancing educational practices. Erika's academic credentials include a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) and a BSc in Physiological Psychology/Psychobiology from McMaster University.
