David Wirth

David Wirth currently serves as the UW ATP Learning & Development Lead at the University of Wisconsin-Madison since January 2020. Prior to this role, David held the position of Organizational Change Management Bureau Director at the Wisconsin Department of Administration from August 2016 to January 2020. David's extensive experience in training and education includes roles such as Training Director at the Wisconsin Department of Children and Families, Training Coordinator at the University of Wisconsin Madison Office of Human Resources, Training Specialist at the University of Wisconsin System Administration, and Assistant Director at the Academic ADL Co-Lab. David began a career in instructional design and development at Learning Innovations and UW Extension. David earned a Bachelor's degree in Education from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where studies spanned from 1984 to 1990.
