Jay Iyengar

Jay Iyengar possesses extensive experience in technology and strategic leadership across various prominent organizations. Currently serving as the EVP Chief Technology & Strategic Sourcing Officer at Oshkosh Corporation since January 2022, Jay is also an Industrial Advisory Board Member at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a member of the Board of Directors at Array Technologies, Inc. and Engineering Tomorrow Inc. Previous roles include Chief Technology and Quality Officer at CNH Industrial, Senior Vice President Chief Innovation & Technology Officer at Xylem Inc., and Vice President of Aerospace Engineering & Technology at Eaton Corporation. Jay's career began at General Motors, leading to significant positions at Chrysler LLC, where responsibilities included overseeing electrified propulsion programs as Global Director. Jay holds an MS in Mechanical Engineering from Wayne State University, an MTech from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, and a BE in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Engineering, Mysore.
