John Leblanc

John LeBlanc is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple firms. Currently serving as Treasurer at Usona Institute since March 2022 and Adjunct Instructor teaching Corporate Governance at the University of Wisconsin-Madison since January 2023, John also holds positions at Promega Corporation as Senior Financial Advisor and Senior Financial Officer since September 2013. Previously, John led Performance Improvement Services as National Director at McGladrey LLP and drove global practices at ManpowerGroup during its substantial growth phase. Earlier in their career, John served in executive roles at Jefferson Wells, BearingPoint, and Arthur Andersen, where significant revenue growth and operational improvements were achieved. John holds a B.S. in Accounting from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business.
