Joshua Coon

Joshua Coon currently holds the position of Thomas and Margaret Pyle Chair at the Morgridge Institute for Research since March 2017 and serves as a Professor of Chemistry and Biomolecular Chemistry at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, a role undertaken since 2005. Joshua Coon's academic career at the University of Wisconsin-Madison progressed through ranks from Assistant Professor to Associate Professor before attaining the current professorship. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Chemistry from the University of Florida (1998-2002), a Postdoctoral Fellowship in Chemistry at the University of Virginia (2002-2005), and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Chemistry from Central Michigan University (1994-1998).
