Katie H. has extensive experience in operations and team management within higher education and corporate environments. Currently serving as Associate Director of Operations and Front Line Services in the Office of Admissions and Recruitment at the University of Wisconsin-Madison since December 2021, Katie has previously held various leadership roles, including Assistant Director and Associate Director positions focused on program operations and business process improvement. Prior to this, Katie accumulated significant experience at Harvard Business School, contributing to career and professional development through effective communication and project management strategies.
