Kelsey Reichenbach

Writing Center Instructor at University of Wisconsin

Kelsey Reichenbach is currently serving as a Writing Center Instructor at the University of Wisconsin-Madison while pursuing a PhD in Community and Environmental Sociology. Previous roles include Research Assistant, where Kelsey evaluated data sovereignty in Tribal-university partnerships, and Teaching Assistant, focusing on social justice topics and implementing inclusive educational practices. As President and Cofounder of the Engineering Liberation Collective, Kelsey developed a curriculum on socio-ecological justice in engineering education. Kelsey has a rich engineering background, having worked as a Mechanical Engineer II and Integration Lead at NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory, where responsibilities included coordinating complex integration tasks and maintaining project quality. Kelsey holds an M.Phil. from the University of Cambridge and a BS from the University of Cincinnati.
