Lila Randall

Lila Randall is a dedicated and detail-oriented professional currently serving as a Project Management Intern at Aldridge Electric since April 2025 and as an Administration and Engagement Student Intern at the University of Wisconsin-Madison since September 2023. With a strong background in leadership and organizational skills, Lila has successfully led recruitment processes and organized numerous prospective student events at UW Madison. As Vice President of Operations for Pi Beta Phi Fraternity for Women, and as President of Madison Business Mentoring, Lila has demonstrated exceptional capabilities in managing operations and fostering professional development among peers. Previous experience includes a Business Analyst Internship at Aldridge Electric, where Lila developed an automated material control system, and leadership as President of DECA Inc. Lila is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, and Human Resources at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
