Russell Seth Martins

Russell Seth Martins is currently an Academic General Surgery Resident Physician at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, overseeing the editorial processes for BMC Medical Education and BMC Surgery, and serving as a Reviewer at NIHR Evidence.
