Sarah Hart McGuinnis

Sarah Hart McGuinnis has extensive experience in financial management and administration within educational institutions. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer for the Division of Information Technology and holding positions such as Director and Assistant Director in the Department of Anesthesiology at the University of Wisconsin-Madison since January 2012, McGuinnis has a strong track record in budget oversight. Prior experience includes Budget Director at Madison Area Technical College, where responsibilities included managing an annual budget exceeding $390 million, and Project Director at DePaul University, overseeing a budget of over $460 million. Additionally, McGuinnis has expertise in mental health as a Mental Health Specialist and has participated in a significant administrative project to revise state laws governing residential treatment facilities in Oregon. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Public Service Management from DePaul University and a Bachelor of Science in Rehabilitation Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
