Chris Spadanuda has over 16 years of experience in IT leadership roles at various organizations. Chris'smost recent position is as the Director of Systems and Engineering at the University of Wisconsin System. Prior to this, they worked at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, where they held multiple roles, including IT Director II, Associate Director - Enterprise Services, Assistant Director - Network and Operations Services, Manager of Middleware and Identity Management, and Manager of Desktop Support. In these roles, Chris provided leadership, strategy development, and management for enterprise IT infrastructure and services, including data centers, identity and access management, business applications, and desktop support. Chris also collaborated with campus partners, managed vendor relationships, and ensured security and compliance.

Chris Spadanuda holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Information Technology from Concordia University-Wisconsin. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse. Chris'ssecondary education was completed at Eisenhower High School. In addition to their academic achievements, Chris has several certifications, including being a US Ski and Snowboard Alpine Level 100 Coach, obtaining the ITIL v3 Foundation certification, and holding certifications such as MCTS: Windows 7, Configuration and Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer: Windows 2000 Server (MCSE).
