Erin Schoonmaker has extensive experience in human resources and benefits management, currently serving as Benefits Program Manager and formerly as Benefits Program Analyst at the University of Wisconsin System since 2016. Prior to this role, Erin worked at Harley-Davidson Motor Company for over a decade in various positions, including Senior Total Rewards Analyst and HR Process Analyst, leading complex Total Rewards projects and managing benefits programs for thousands of employees and retirees. Earlier experience includes roles at Saks, Inc. as a Customer Service Associate and Human Resource Assistant, as well as administrative support positions that laid the groundwork for a successful career in HR. Erin holds an MBA in Human Resources from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Agri-Business from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville.
