Ken Little currently serves as the State Director for the Wisconsin Small Business Development Center at the Universities of Wisconsin and has held the role of Commercial Corridor Manager for the City of Milwaukee Department of City Development since October 2014, focusing on neighborhood commercial revitalization strategies. Previous positions include Vice President of Commercial Lending at Seaway Bank and Trust Company, Business Development Officer for the Wisconsin Housing and Economic Development Authority with a focus on the Transform Milwaukee Initiative, and Vice President at Associated Bank, where a successful project was led to apply for a New Market Tax Credit Allocation. Furthermore, Ken has held executive leadership roles as President and CEO at both the Southwestern Michigan Urban League and Milwaukee Urban League, in addition to serving as Vice President-Cashier at North Milwaukee State Bank. Ken holds an MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a BBA in Finance from Howard University, along with completion of the First Chicago Banking School.
