Melanie Schneider

Melanie Schneider, MS, has extensive experience in training, organizational development, and education. Currently serving in the Training & Organizational Development role at the University of Wisconsin System since July 2022, Melanie focuses on research-based recommendations and instructional delivery methods. Previous experience includes coordinating the Medical Student Education Program at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, developing elective courses and supporting curriculum facilitation. Melanie also trained associates at American Girl, taught adult learners at Madison College, and founded Master Your Strengths Coaching, LLC, aimed at empowering individuals and teams. Additional roles at the University of Wisconsin-Madison include extensive experience in student services and career mentoring. Melanie holds a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology and a Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science & Law and Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
