Bill Mai

Bill Mai is currently the VP of Campus Operations at the University of Wyoming. Prior to that, they were an Administrative Associate at the school from August 2018 to September 2022. Before that, they worked as a Customer Service Representative at F&M Bank from January 2018 to August 2018 where they maintained a high level of professionalism and acted as a resource for internal and external bank customers. From August 2015 to May 2017, they were the Information Technology Service Desk Team Lead at Simpson College where they oversaw the shifts of twenty information technology services student-employees and provided a point of contact for students and staff needing technological assistance. From May 2013 to August 2016, they were a Lifeguard Supervisor at Bunker Beach Water Park.

Bill Mai has obtained a Master of Arts from the University of Wyoming in International Studies and Environment and Natural Resources, a Bachelor of Arts from Simpson College in Psychology, and a High School Diploma from Centennial High School.

They are on a team with Neil Theobald - SVP, Administration & Finance, Robert Aylward - VP & CIO, and Mike Smith - VP, Governmental Affairs & Community Engagement. Their manager is Ed Seidel, President.
