Gideon Aschwanden

Gideon Aschwanden is a seasoned leader in data science and artificial intelligence, currently serving as the Global Head of AI at UBS Asset Management since March 2024, where responsibilities include leading a global team in AI project development and enhancing AI capabilities. Concurrently, Gideon serves as a Course Coordinator and University Lecturer at the University of Zurich, delivering lectures on Digital Real Estate. As Co-Founder and President of the Board at getitAI, Gideon oversees AI tool development and strategy. Previously, Gideon held leadership roles in data insights at Credit Suisse, and academic positions at the University of Melbourne and Princeton University, focusing on urban analytics and interdisciplinary research. Gideon holds a PhD in Science and a Master's in Architecture from ETH Zurich.
