Bryan Kam

Bryan Kam is an accomplished executive in the real estate sector, currently serving as President of University Partners, a leading owner and operator of purpose-built student housing with a substantial portfolio across the United States. Prior to this role, Bryan Kam held various positions at KKR & Co. Inc., advancing from Associate to Director in Real Estate Private Equity over a decade-long tenure. Bryan Kam began a career in finance as an Analyst and Summer Analyst at Goldman Sachs, focusing on the Real Estate Investment Banking Group. Educationally, Bryan Kam holds a BA in Political Science from Yale University and has gained diverse experience through internships with the Hong Kong Monetary Authority and the Parliament of Uganda.
