Rachel Rountree

Rachel Rountree has extensive work experience in property management and operations. Rachel is currently the Vice President of Operations at University Partners since 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Asset Living as a Regional Vice President from 2018 to 2021, where they were responsible for managing a portfolio of 16+ communities and 4,000+ units. Rachel also worked at Asset Campus Housing, starting as a Senior Operational Manager in 2012 and progressing to become a Regional Supervisor and Area Manager, overseeing multiple properties and implementing strategies for budgeting, leasing, and employee development. Before that, they worked as a Student Living Consultant at Grand Campus Living / Asset Campus Housing, where they assisted in day-to-day operations, training new managers, and implementing marketing strategies. Rachel also has experience in operations training at Greystar and JPI Companies, where they conducted and evaluated training programs for sales, customer service, marketing, and operations. Additionally, they worked as a Contract to Close Coordinator at Keller Williams Realty, responsible for coordinating contracts and negotiations, and as a Case Assistant at MehaffyWeber, where they provided assistance in legal case management.
