Stephanie Wilkes

Stephanie Wilkes is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in property management and regional operations. Currently serving as Regional Manager at University Partners since May 2023, Stephanie previously held key positions at CA Ventures, including Area Manager and Senior Property Manager from March 2021 to June 2023. Prior experience also includes roles at Athens Real Estate Group as Leasing and Marketing Manager, Property Manager, and Leasing Agent from September 2018 to March 2021, as well as a Leasing Agent at Tucker Capital Group LLC in mid-2018. Stephanie earned a degree in Geography with a focus on Urban and Community Studies from The University of Georgia in May 2018.
