Hadi Annous

Hadi Annous has an extensive work experience in finance and accounting roles. Hadi is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at University Research Co., LLC (URC) & Center for Human Services (CHS). In this position, they oversee the global financial operation of a multi-national Government contractor and leads various corporate functions.

Prior to their current role, Hadi worked as the Vice President of Finance & Accounting at Social Solutions International, Inc. Here, they managed the financial operation of a growing USG International Development Contractor and was an expert in financial management of federally funded projects.

Hadi also served as the Senior Director of Finance at Creative Associates International, where they led the Financial Planning and Analysis function and oversaw a team of Financial Analysts engaged in financial oversight of USG projects.

Before that, Hadi held the position of Director of Finance - International Development Division at Education Development Center. In this role, they led the department responsible for budgeting, financial planning, and performance analysis, managing a portfolio of more than 30 projects.

Hadi started their career at AMIDEAST, where they held various roles including Manager of FP&A, Budget Analyst, Program Officer, and Program Assistant. Hadi also worked as a Research Assistant at IFC - International Finance Corporation.

Throughout their career, Hadi has demonstrated expertise in financial management, budgeting, planning, and analysis. Hadi has consistently contributed to the success of organizations in the international development and government contracting sectors.

Hadi Annous completed their primary and secondary education at Gilman School from 1986 to 1997. Hadi then pursued their higher education at Syracuse University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations from 1997 to 2001. Following this, Hadi Annous furthered their studies at The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School, where they completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from 2006 to 2008.
